Origin is a boutique fitness studio based in the stunning Hibiscus Coast, Auckland. Created to nurture and empower our clients, Origin provides a welcoming and supportive environment offering a more intimate, personalised form of group exercise. We now have two rooms: reformer pilates, and infrared heated and non-heated mat pilates, yoga and barre classes.
Inclusivity is a priority, ensuring each individual who walks through the door feels valued and that their goal is our commitment which we will work towards together. Whatever your reason for coming to Origin, our promise is to provide you a space so that you can achieve this. We design our sessions so that they are effective, challenging for every ability and most importantly, fun! All class numbers are kept small so that our instructors can connect with you to offer a tailored class so that you move in a way that feels good for your body, ensure your technique is on point and you achieve your maximum potential.
